This evolving market has digital businesses transforming their operations to best serve their online customers. AudioDeluxe recognized the market demand for instant delivery of audio software and needed a state of the art customer journey to fill the gap. In order to evolve and meet the customer demands, AudioDeluxe required a digital transformation of its own.
Upgrading their site promised a solution that would improve customer experience and streamline selling and order fulfillment. Unfortunately, the new site build brought unexpected burdens that seemed impassable, continuously delaying the launch and resulting in a massively overrun budget. AudioDeluxe felt the pressure to stay in the mind of their consumers and after bouncing through three development agencies were left with a site that was not live and still needing work.
